About The Position

This role involves preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications in a high-volume kitchen environment. The Cook is responsible for ensuring food safety and sanitation, adhering to portion control and presentation standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory, and embodying Topgolf's Core Values are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
