Responsibilities Summarized: Prepare and present high-quality menu items: Consistently execute dishes according to established recipes and standards, taking pride in quality, presentation, and delivering a great guest experience. Take ownership of your station during service: Manage your assigned station with confidence—staying organized, prepared, and responsive to the flow of service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Contribute to a strong, team-oriented kitchen: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain smooth operations, support fellow cooks, and help deliver consistent, high-quality service. Maintain a clean, compliant, and professional workspace: Follow all food safety and sanitation standards while keeping your station structured, stocked, and inspection-ready at all times. Requirements

  • Proven kitchen experience: Years of experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen required. Candidates with higher-level experience (Cook II/III, high-volume or scratch kitchens) will be considered for advanced placement and compensation.
  • Demonstrated technical ability: Strong understanding of basic and advanced cooking techniques, station management, knife skills, and the ability to execute recipes consistently without constant supervision.
  • Pace and composure under pressure: Ability to maintain quality and organization during peak service periods while staying focused and efficient.
  • Professional standards: Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Maintains a clean workspace, follows food safety protocols, and communicates effectively with team members and leadership.
  • Growth mindset: Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop within a structured kitchen environment.
