About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
The individual in this position cannot be a minor

Nice To Haves

Culinary school diploma or degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards
Monitor food stock levels, storage and place orders in coordination with General Manager when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
Assist with menu planning and development
