About The Position

BEAT THE BOMB is seeking a Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for creating a unique experience for customers and team members through food service. This role requires strict adherence to recipes and food safety guidelines. While primarily focused on kitchen operations, all team members are expected to understand the broader Beat The Bomb operation.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be constantly on your feet and in motion
• Serve Safe certified or willing to take courses to be certified
• Ability to properly execute all recipes
• Ability to follow all food safety guidelines
• Ability to keep their area clean and sanitized

Responsibilities

• Prep Food per recipe
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete appropriate time/temp checklists
• Clean and Sanitize kitchen at beginning and end of shift
• Prepare food items to spec and according to tickets
• Wash, sanitize and store all plateware, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Empty all Kitchen and Bar trash when necessary
• Assist with FOH duties during down times
