Requirements

• 1+ years of cooking experience in a café, QSR, or fast-casual kitchen.
• Proficiency in following recipes and working efficiently across different stations.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong team orientation and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe cards.
• Operate multiple kitchen stations during service as required.
• Perform ingredient preparation before and during shifts.
• Assist the Senior Cook and Head Cook with daily setup and breakdown procedures.
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards within the kitchen.
• Support inventory management and stocking duties.
• Maintain clear communication with team members during peak service times.
