Southern NH Medical Center's food services and dietary team is the heart of the medical center, providing a place of comfort for staff, patients, and families with hot meals, coffee, and a variety of courses. The Food Services and Dietary teams collaborate to ensure all dietary restrictions are maintained and to uphold patient-centered values. This role works in the kitchen in the preparation and production of food products for the café, catering, and patient nutrition areas. Various food items are prepared in response to the needs of patients, the café, and specific functions, while meeting all standards of quality, consistency, and safe food production.
