About The Position

At World Famous Hotboys, we do one thing exceptionally well — serve amazing fried chicken in a fast-paced, high-energy, community-driven environment. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking COOK (Evening Shift) to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to maintain consistency and quality during high-volume service periods.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of kitchen experience (cook/food prep)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds
Comfortable working around hot equipment and fryers
Must maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping ingredients
Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications, including following recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels
Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
