About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Cook with a strong culinary background, ideally with fine dining and scratch kitchen experience, to join our team at Richmond Place Senior Living. This role focuses on preparing restaurant-quality, scratch-made meals with excellent presentation and consistency, adhering to menu planning, dietary guidelines, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will execute scratch cooking techniques, maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness, and deliver a high-level hospitality dining experience for residents.

Requirements

1+ year professional cooking experience (scratch kitchen or restaurant preferred)
Knowledge of scratch cooking, knife skills, food safety, and sanitation standards
Reliable, team-oriented, and hospitality-focused

Nice To Haves

Fine dining experience highly preferred
Culinary training or degree a plus
