About The Position

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a part-time Cook for our Food Service Department. Under the supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, a Cook prepares, seasons and cooks food for hospital patients, employees and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of batch or high volume cooking experience within the past three years.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food preparation, knife skills and principles of food sanitation.
• Ability to accomplish tasks with a reasonable amount of speed.
• Must be trained within one month of starting date.
• Food Handling Certificate from the Cabell County Health Department required.
