About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a Cook to join our team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications, ensuring food quality and safety by following proper food safety and sanitation procedures. This role involves adhering to portion control guidelines and presentation standards, collaborating with kitchen team members for efficient order execution, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Cook will also assist in food inventory management and embody Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.

Requirements

Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
