About The Position

Regency at Dominion Valley is looking for a skilled and dependable Cook to support both our restaurant and banquet operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork, we’d love to meet you. Compensation : $17.00 - $19.00 / hr. Part Time and Full Time available. As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for both daily service and special events.

Requirements

At least 2 years of kitchen or restaurant experience
Ability to work across multiple service styles (restaurant + banquets)
Strong work ethic and reliability (transportation required)
A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to food safety standards
High school diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

Preparing food items according to recipes, production needs, and quality standards
Assisting with both à la carte restaurant service and banquet production
Prepping ingredients ahead of service while minimizing waste
Maintaining proper food labeling, dating, rotation, and storage practices
Setting up your station based on pars and anticipated business levels
Monitoring inventory and communicating shortages or needs
Receiving and properly storing deliveries from vendors
Supporting food cost control by reducing waste and following standards
Assisting with monthly inventory and food audits
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Pitching in wherever needed—including supporting our banquets and events
