Requirements

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our restaurant, bar, and patio areas, adhering to our established recipes and standards.
Ensure the timely and efficient preparation of food to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas, following all health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Provide exceptional service to guests by accommodating special dietary requests and ensuring high-quality presentation of all dishes.
