About The Position

Martin City Pizza and Taproom is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Back of House Employee to join our kitchen staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by preparing ingredients, making pizza dough, and ensuring that our dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in prepping ingredients for sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Prepare pizza dough according to our recipes and specifications, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Operate the pizza oven and assemble pizzas, sandwiches, and other menu items efficiently and accurately.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service, communicating effectively to meet customer demands.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
