About The Position

This is a full-time, seasonal position as part of our Spring/Summer 2026 hiring. The role is expected to run from May 1, 2026, through October 4, 2026. The role involves producing high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes, organizing the prep station and hot line for efficient flow, assisting with banquet and special event production, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and communicating effectively with the employee dining room team. This position requires a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties, and the duties may change based on the needs of the team and company.

Requirements

  • High volume/Batch cooking experience preferred
  • Work-ethic and commitment to the team is key

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
  • Organize prep station and hot line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
  • Assist as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
  • Maintain effective communication with employee dining room team
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
