About The Position
Chestertown Nursing and Rehab is looking for a Dietary Cook who takes pride in their work and brings warmth to every plate they serve. At our nursing home, mealtime is a highlight for our residents - and you can be the reason it’s their favorite part of the day!
Requirements
- A dependable, hard-working team player with a heart for service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Previous cooking experience preferred but not required - we’ll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for our residents
- Follow menu cycles and ensure food meets dietary and health regulations
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Communicate purchasing needs to ensure we’re always well-stocked
