Requirements

• You’ve got 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen, or you’ve graduated from a culinary program – either way, you know your stuff!
• Your cooking techniques and kitchen know-how are on point
• You’re quick on your feet and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro
• Team player with killer communication skills? That’s you!
• Nights, weekends, holidays? No problem – you're ready to roll whenever!
• Authorized to work in the U.S.? Check!
• Must be 21+ if you’re whipping up anything boozy
• You can stand for hours without breaking a sweat
• Lifting 50 lbs? Easy peasy!
• You’re all about bending, kneeling, and moving around – a fast-paced kitchen is your playground
• You keep your cool while multitasking, even when things get crazy

Responsibilities

• Rock your station like a pro, with everything prepped and ready to go before the action starts
• Whip up delicious dishes like a culinary ninja, following the chef’s lead and keeping things tasty
• Collaborate with the head chef to create daily specials that make customers say, “WOW!”
• Keep your station clean and shiny while rocking those food safety standards like a champ
• Stay on top of ingredient freshness, portion control, and inventory – less waste, more flavor!
• Help open and close the kitchen, setting up the next shift for success like the team player you are
• Work side by side with your fellow kitchen rockstars to keep the flow smooth and efficient
• Organize and maintain your storage areas, so everything is easy to grab when the heat is on
