Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate safe food handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a team-orientated attitude.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach, and twist.
Nice To Haves
- Line, production, and pantry experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Preparing made-from-scratch meals from the menu cycle.
- Restocking kitchen for subsequent shifts.
- Plates prepared foods based on the chef’s guidance.
- Responsible for the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment.
