About The Position

Cook and prepare food according to written menus, maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

• Understanding of: Basic Sauce Skills, Stock Skills, Butcher Skills, Basic Food Trends Nation Wide, and Basic Cooking Methods
