About The Position

Taco Mac is seeking Cooks for our Pelham location! Hiring Immediately! Taco Mac is best known for its Fresh Never Frozen wings, its wide selection of "craft on draft" and for being THE place to watch the game. We were founded in Atlanta in 1979 and have just been getting better and better ever since.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Able to lift 25-70 pounds
• Use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment
• Standing and exert well-pace mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length

Responsibilities

• Completing all assigned prep work
• Setting up cooks station
• Maintaining product presentations, product quality, cook time standards
• Preparing all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
• Set up of equipment
• Verification of stock
• Cleaning of equipment
• Preparing food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area
