Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience (restaurant, senior living, or similar)
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and serving seniors
Nice To Haves
- Culinary degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- Prepare and present meals that meet quality, appearance, and nutritional standards
- Follow menu cycles and dietary requirements according to regulations and community policies
- Demonstrate strong cooking skills with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist with meal service and dishwashing as needed
- Interact with residents to ensure satisfaction with food quality, temperature, and presentation
- Recommend improvements to enhance food service operations
- Represent the community in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Support a culture where great service and engagement drive occupancy and revenue
