Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Supervisor to join the Aquamarine team! Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Oversee guest orders to ensure friendly, timely, and accurate service
• Visually inspect all prepared dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings and food products to support quality service and seamless kitchen operations
• Stock food stations, monitor par levels, and prepare requisitions for ingredients and supplies
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
