About The Position

As a Cook Supervisor, you’ll oversee evening and overnight kitchen execution to keep service consistent, safe, and guest-ready. This senior-level role exists to coordinate the flow of production, maintain standards, and guide the team through high-volume periods.

Requirements

  • Prior kitchen leadership experience with strong hands-on cooking ability
  • Current Food Handler card
  • Valid Liquor License
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and quality control

Responsibilities

  • Supervising cooks during service
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation
  • Enforcing sanitation and temperature controls
  • Maintaining prep and production timelines
  • Addressing issues quickly to protect the guest experience
  • Checking the night’s priorities
  • Confirming staffing coverage
  • Walking the kitchen to ensure stations are set
  • Keeping communication tight during service
  • Calling out pacing
  • Watching ticket times
  • Making quick adjustments when volume spikes
  • Doing spot checks on product consistency
  • Helping reset the line
  • Documenting key notes for the next handoff
  • Closing out the kitchen with a clean, organized space and a clear plan for the next shift
