The Cook works at The Blake at Glenncrest at Webb Gin in a senior living environment, preparing meals that meet or exceed hospitality and service standards. The role includes meal preparation and cooking, maintaining food and service quality, supporting a safe and clean kitchen, and stocking supplies. The position is part-time and requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The listed salary range is $15.50–$17.50.

Requirements

A caring heart and willingness to serve others.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of related culinary experience.
Good knife skills and familiarity with all cooking methods.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Trade school, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in culinary arts.
Self-motivation and creativity in culinary experience.
Experience with therapeutic or modified diets.
