Check out this video and see why so many love working at Friendship Village Tempe. ✨ We're Hiring a Full-Time Cook Level 2! ✨ Join the culinary team at Friendship Village Tempe and show off your skills! ✨ Pay: $19.90-$$21.89/hour (based on experience) ✨ Schedule: Option 1: 5:00am-1:30pm on Sundays and Mondays, 6:30am-3:00pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays plus holidays Option 2: 5:30am-2:00pm Friday through Tuesday plus holidays Option 3: Thursday through Monday, Sundays 7:30am-3:30pm all other days 5:30am-2:00pm plus holidays Option 4: 11:30am-8:00pm Tuesday through Saturday plus holidays Option 5: 10:00am-6:30pm Thursday through Monday plus holidays Option 6: Tuesday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm, Saturdays 12:00pm-830pm, rotating Mondays instead of Tuesdays every three weeks (for prep) - plus holidays ✨ Reputation You Can Trust: Top Workplaces Arizona 2023 & 2024: Recognized among the best in the state. Requirements
- 2–4 years professional cooking experience required
- Sauté, grill and broiler experience
- Arizona Food Handler’s Card (or get one within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Cook delicious meals for our residents, guests and employees
- Ensure dishes meet top-notch quality, presentation, and taste
- Prep for scheduled meals and exciting events
