Requirements

Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Excellent Guest Service skills required.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

1-3 cooking experience in a high-volume hotel or freestanding restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
Prepares and stores all food products prior to cooking.
Follows standardized recipes in the preparation of menu items prior to cooking.
Uses knives, slicers, mixers, choppers, grinders and all other equipment in a safe manner.
Other duties as assigned.
