Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work at a fast pace to execute tasks in a quick and consistent manner.
• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food Safety Certified.
• Previous kitchen experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of how to use a knife, different cuts and basic cooking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and assembling food orders according to the Chef's set standards.
• Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies.
• Cooking menu items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
