About The Position

The team is currently seeking a motivated Cook II to join their culinary team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant and the ability to work a varied schedule. Previous hotel experience is a plus! Wage: Starting probationary rate will be $26.01 and after 90 days rate will be $28.90. Schedule: Flexible availability required. This role will be primarily coverings afternoons, evenings. Availability weekdays, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
  • Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
  • The ability to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
