About The Position

The Cook II is an experienced culinary professional responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food in a luxury resort environment. This position works within a designated kitchen station and plays a key role in ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, or upscale kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

Culinary degree or professional culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities
