Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous culinary experience to include grill and cold prep
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience / GED or equivalent experience
  • Great teamwork skills and attention to detail

  • Current food safety certification

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Executive Chef and Kitchen Supervisors in delivering effective, positive, and outstanding guest service.
  • Responsible for the preparation and production of à la carte lunch service and dinner shift readiness.
  • Ensures all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and production timelines.
  • Maintains high standards of organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety while adhering to scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrates commitment to operational excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Complete station setup and service for à la carte lunch while assisting with dinner preparation and service readiness.
  • Prepare food items in accordance with recipes, daily prep sheets, and directives from Executive Chef and Supervisors.
  • Perform all kitchen functions including prep, grill, sauté, fry, and other assigned stations.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all dishes.
  • Ensure proper shift breakdown, cleaning, and sanitation of kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to instructions, recipes, and production schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory flow through requisitions, stocking, and proper storage practices.
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards at all times.
  • Provide professional, positive interaction with team members and guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
