About The Position

The Adolphus, a hotel with over a century of Dallas hospitality, is seeking a culinary enthusiast to join their team. This role is for someone who understands the impact of great food and has a strong desire to set high standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous, consistent, detail-oriented, and passionate about creativity, with a willingness to both learn and teach. This individual will be comfortable leading and training others, and will assist chefs with kitchen operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and receiving.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Kitchen management highly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Prior team leadership highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the opening and closing of the Kitchen
  • Oversee Kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
  • Monitor food quality, safety and inventory needs
