About The Position

We are looking for Cook/Dishwasher hybrid position in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities for Cook: Follows all recipes and performs food preparation & cooking duties including meat, salad, appetizers, entree, etc. Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation Responsibilities for Dishwasher: Follows sanitation standards and always keeps workstation clean and sanitized. 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and grilling equipment. Helps with other tasks as assigned by Manager on Duty. Requirements

  • Equivalent experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.
  • Restaurant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
  • Must maintain good hygiene
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
  • Be a team player with strong work ethics
  • Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year)
  • Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week.
