About The Position
Brynn Marr Hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, and children. Since 1983, our behavioral health therapists in Jacksonville, NC, have equipped patients with the skills they need to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. We offer evidence-based treatment programs that address a number of issues, including grief, trauma, psychiatric disorders, and substance abuse problems. The Cook/Dietary Technician is responsible for cooking and/or serving.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Food service experience preferred.
- Food handler or Servsafe certification preferred.
- Medium Work – Exerting 20 – 50 pounds of force occasionally or 10 – 25 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
- Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
- Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
