Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Vision requirement should be at least 20/40 for near and far vision.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product for degree of cook desired and adjusts Final Cook Control to insure proper cook.
• Grades product according to quality specifications.
• Maintain proper degree of cook.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
• Sanitize equipment, as needed.
• May assist in departmental cleanup as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
