About The Position

As a Cook Chill Production Cook at Beau Rivage, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, preparing the foundational items that support our world-class restaurants and dining venues across the property. Specializing in large-scale production, you’ll create high-quality vegetables, sauces, soups, and pastas using cook chill techniques that ensure consistency, freshness, and exceptional flavor. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to culinary excellence will help every outlet deliver the signature WOW moments that Beau Rivage guests have come to expect.

Requirements

  • Meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years of age or older.
  • Feels confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with various culinary tools and equipment.
  • Takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and maintaining high health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision, following established recipes and culinary standards.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout all back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure guest safety by following all food handling procedures and health department regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong foundational culinary skills, including preparation of base sauces, stocks, and soups.
  • Plate dishes with care, consistency, and an eye for detail to ensure every order meets presentation standards.
