About The Position

The Ridge Cottonwood is looking for a caring individual with cooking experience to join us in our passion for helping seniors. Our Cooks / Chefs prepare three meals a day for our residents following prepared menus and recipes. If you have a special recipe, we'd love that you'd share that with us, too.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in the kitchen.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to come to work when scheduled and on time.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Nice To Haves

• Six (6) months experience in food preparation and in safe handling of food and equipment.
• Share special recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare three meals a day for residents following prepared menus and recipes.
