About The Position
Join Ayers, Wingstop's largest franchisee, as a Cook and Cashier! We own and operate over 100 Wingstop restaurants across multiple states and are rapidly growing. We are seeking motivated team members looking to advance their careers in the food service industry. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented work environment where you will enjoy career advancement opportunities and ongoing leadership development training. We are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving, do not offer curbside or drive-thru services, and provide a rotating schedule. You will receive a free on-shift meal and free uniforms after one year.

Responsibilities
- Cook wings, boneless wings, and tenders, always cooked to order.
- Hand-sauce-and-toss items in fans' choice of 11 bold, distinctive flavors.
- Prepare signature sides including fresh-cut, seasoned fries.
- Prepare freshly-made ranch and bleu cheese dips.
- Provide an unparalleled guest experience.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
