About The Position

The Breakfast Chophouse Cook AM is responsible for preparing breakfast dishes, managing the buffet and made-to-order line, ensuring food safety and sanitation, monitoring inventory, and providing guest service for special dietary requests. This role also includes performing additional duties as requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Cook eggs, meats, pancakes, and other breakfast dishes according to exact recipes and hotel quality standards.
• Set up, monitor, and restock the breakfast buffet or made-to-order line throughout morning service hours.
• Follow safe food handling, temperature holding, date marking, and general kitchen cleanliness rules.
• Monitor food supplies, track waste, and notify management when ingredients need to be reordered.
• Handle special dietary requests and maintain a professional, welcoming attitude when interacting with hotel guests.
• Perform additional items requested by management.
