About The Position

Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Cook 3 to help our F&B Team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. Are you interested in growing a culinary career? Requirements

Must meet eligibility requirements of Cook 1 and Cook 2.
Must demonstrate advanced food knowledge consisting of international cooking styles and techniques, specialty raw products and use, menu engineering (development) and beginning knowledge of wine and food pairing.
Must have math skills as well as the ability to multi-task, proper knife skills, basic food knowledge inclusive of specifications (size, shape, color, package size, weight, growing season, origin, seasonal availability, seasonings, specialty products as defined by hiring management).
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests safe and healthy.
Keep busy and jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed.

Coordinate production from several areas for the goal of serving multiple finished products simultaneously.
Run cooking or production line.
Successfully set up and work multiple outlets.
