About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Cook 3 to support our culinary team as an entry-level prep cook, helping prepare kitchen stations and assisting with food production for daily service. In this role, you will prepare ingredients, maintain workstation readiness, follow recipes and presentation standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment while learning from a talented team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education preferred.
• Minimum one year of culinary school or related kitchen experience.
• Basic culinary knowledge, including food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Proficient knife skills and the ability to operate standard commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing and walking for extended periods.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes, production standards, and guest orders while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Complete mise en place and set up kitchen stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Assist with advance food preparation and maintain appropriate production levels based on business needs.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment while following safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain food quality.
