Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of line cook or equivalent kitchen experience required.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
Ability to work multiple stations and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Cook 1 and BOH Crew, including dishwashing, food prep, cleanliness, and line cooking.
Execute advanced cooking techniques across multiple stations with consistency and accuracy.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with recipes, build guides, and presentation standards.
Assist in training and mentoring new BOH Crew and Cook 1 team members.
Support kitchen leadership in monitoring food quality, portioning, labeling, and storage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service.
Help identify and resolve issues during service to keep kitchen operations running efficiently.
