Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the Business Risk Control and Regulatory Oversight team under the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization for a 2027 summer internship. The Business Risk Control and Regulatory Oversight Early Talent program encompasses two unique pathways: Control Management and Regulatory & Policy Affairs. The summer internship program is a 10-week professional development program providing an overview of Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. It includes relationship building, work assignments, coaching, feedback, and learning sessions with leaders. The program is designed to provide undergraduate students with an experiential overview of the applicable team under business risk control and regulatory oversight functions and how they support mitigating risk through data analytics, reporting, collaboration, consulting, or creating efficiencies. It incorporates real-world scenarios to prepare participants for a career at Wells Fargo. This competitive internship program targets exceptional juniors and serves as a pipeline for the full-time Analyst Program.
