You'll provide essential drafting support across diverse conveyance and civil projects while working directly with project engineers to develop high-quality construction drawings. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 - 4 years of related CADD experience in civil or conveyance projects
• Full understanding of technical drawings from engineering sketches and notes
• Proficiency in MS Office and Civil 3D required

Nice To Haves

• Vocational school, associate degree, or certificate in CADD technology, drafting, civil engineering technology, or related field, preferred
• experience with ArcGIS preferred
• Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Provide CADD drafting support for various project sizes and multiple clients across regions
• Prepare and label preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from engineering notes, sketches, and other source documents
• Work directly with project engineers to develop construction drawings for conveyance projects
• Produce accurate and complete technical drawings that meet project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to resolve technical questions and design issues
• Utilize CADD software efficiently to produce construction plans, details, and specifications
