About The Position

Assists the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently while performing sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties. This role involves working with slitter machines, die cutter machines, and laminators, and requires attention to detail in cleaning, inspecting, and packaging products according to standards. The position also includes assisting with machine upkeep, setup, and supporting coworkers to maintain production levels.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Be available for overtime.
Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Standing, particularly for sustained periods of time.
Lifting up to 26-50 lbs.
Ability to differentiate colors, depth, and perception for machine operation, inspection, and close assembly.

Responsibilities

Ensures that the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices.
Clean, inspect, and stack the product according to standard or customer requirements.
Assists the Operator in the upkeep of the machine and assists in set up for production runs.
Assists coworkers as needed to maintain levels of production.
Package materials according to Coroplast standards of packaging.
Hand trims Laminate
Weld boxes
Sort material as needed
Assist in installation and uninstallation of dies on die cutter workstations.
Notify Operator, Lead, or Supervisor of any issues or defects.
