About The Position
Assists the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently while performing sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties. This position is for the 5pm to 3:30am shift, starting at $13.25 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential. On-the-job training is provided.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Be available for overtime.
- Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
- Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices.
- Clean, inspect, and stack the product according to standard or customer requirements.
- Assists the Operator in the upkeep of the machine and assists in set up for production runs.
- Assists coworkers as needed to maintain levels of production.
- Package materials according to Coroplast standards of packaging.
- Hand trims Laminate
- Weld boxes
- Sort material as needed
- Assist in installation and uninstallation of dies on die cutter workstations.
- Notify Operator, Lead, or Supervisor of any issues or defects.
