About The Position

Operates converting equipment. This role is responsible for setting up and operating multiple converting machinery including a Band Saw, Perforator, Sealer 2000, and Sheeter. The operator will troubleshoot machinery, make adjustments, and ensure production orders are met according to schedule and specifications. Responsibilities also include preparing goods for shipping, labeling finished products, placing them on pallets, and performing quality control checks. The role requires the ability to read a tape measure, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Good housekeeping and related tasks as requested by the supervisor are also part of the job.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• Ability to work in varying temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
