About The Position
Support daily production operations by ensuring product quality, maintaining efficient line performance, and leading team members to follow proper procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and support team members in a production environment
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Nice To Haves
- 6+ months previous experience in manufacturing or converting operations preferred
Responsibilities
- Support daily production line operations
- Assist with machine setup and adjustments
- Monitor product quality and address issues as needed
- Review and verify production tickets (quantity and total lbs.)
- Train and guide operators and packers on proper procedures
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure proper scrap and recycling handling
- Coordinate with shipping/warehouse for material movement and placement
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety rules and company policies
