About The Position

Operates converting equipment, including Band Saw, Perforator, Sealer 2000, and Sheeter. The role involves setting up and operating multiple converting machinery, troubleshooting and making adjustments to machinery, producing orders to schedule and specification, preparing goods for shipping, labeling finished goods, and performing quality control checks. The position requires the ability to read a tape measure, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the use of PPE. Related tasks as requested by the supervisor are also part of the role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• Ability to work in varying temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple converting machinery
• Troubleshoot machinery and make adjustments as needed
• Produce orders to schedule and specification
• Prepare goods for shipping using various equipment
• Label finished goods, place on pallets as necessary
• Perform quality control checks
• Ability to read tape measure
• Must be detailed oriented and have a sense of urgency
• Use PPE as required
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Related tasks as requested by supervisor
