You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, experimentation, and revenue modeling to continuously improve how we attract and convert prospects into customers. This is a critical role for someone who loves turning insights into action and can connect marketing metrics directly to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build revenue models and connect marketing metrics to business outcomes
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent communication skills—ability to tell compelling stories with data
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with landing page builders and basic HTML/CSS
  • Background in statistics or quantitative analysis
  • Understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Obsessed with testing and continuous improvement
  • Naturally curious—always asking "why" and "what if"
  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
  • Collaborative team player who values cross-functional partnerships
  • Results-driven with a bias toward action

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance across all digital channels, with focus on website conversion paths
  • Track and report on key metrics including CPC, conversion rates, cost per lead, lead quality scores, and pipeline velocity
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into funnel performance
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities through data analysis and user behavior insights
  • Conduct cohort analysis to understand how different segments convert through the funnel
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys

  • Prioritize tests based on potential revenue impact and level of effort
  • Build and maintain revenue attribution models that connect marketing activities to closed revenue
  • Forecast the revenue impact of proposed optimization initiatives
  • Calculate ROI on marketing campaigns and optimization efforts
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate lead-to-revenue tracking
  • Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Lucky Orange, and other martech tools to gather insights and implement tests
