About The Position

The Conventional Machinist & Assembly position is crucial in the manufacturing process, focusing on the precision machining and assembly of components to meet high-quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of machining processes, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating various conventional machining equipment, ensuring that all safety and quality protocols are followed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a machinist, with a strong understanding of conventional machining processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in operating conventional machining equipment.
  • Attention to detail is critical, as machinists must ensure that all parts meet precise specifications through careful measurement and inspection.
  • The ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is utilized daily to guide machining operations and assembly processes.

Responsibilities
