About The Position
Properly set, clean, and maintain all function rooms, service corridors, storerooms, and public function areas in a safe, accident-free manner. Provide excellent customer service and work closely with guests, Sales, and other hotel departments.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Six months hotel or convention center -banquet food/beverage services environment.
- Able to lift, push, and carry 20 - 50 lbs.
- Stand continuously for long periods of time.
- Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests.
- Must be in professional attire and have a professional demeanor at all times.
- Must follow directions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience and knowledge in all facets of banquet operations, convention services setup, and a good understanding of AV equipment operations preferred.
